Can I request product information for items bought elsewhere?

As part of our policy, we do not provide specific product information or support for vintage vault footwear nor items purchased from third parties. For assistance with products purchased directly from us within a realistic time frame, please feel free to contact our enquiries and we’ll endeavour to assist depending on the age of the goods.

Who are Jeffery-West?

Born and bred in Northampton, the historical centre of British shoemaking and leather industries, childhood friends Mark Jeffery and Guy West were surrounded by tradition and history from the word go, even more so for Jeffery as his father ran a family-owned shoe factory in the town.

How will my shoes be delivered and how long will they take?

Our UK couriers are DPD. These options are selectable when placing an order online:

Our european and international deliveries are undertaken by DHL and usually take approx up to 7 working days from the point of dispatch.

How can I pay for my items?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Amex through a secure service Stripe, therefore card details are not available to us.

Paypal is accepted as a payment option, however orders must be paid in GBP only. (you can change currency on the top right side of the website)

Do you account for VAT?

Orders outside the EU are eligible for VAT amendments but may be subject to your local import tax and duty. These charges are not set by us, but by the courier/customs. Such charges are the customer's responsibility.

We do not apply the VAT amendments until after you have placed your order with us.

Is there anywhere in the world you do not ship to?

UK Delivery 

If the delivery address provided is different to the billing address given, items will only be sent if such delivery address is that of a registered business. Despatch to secondary residential addresses will not be made. 

International Delivery

Unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control and problems and delays that arise at customs. We are unable to deliver to the Russia.

How do I go about returning an item?

Standard Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days providing that items are returned un-worn and in a saleable condition. Unless there is a fault with your order, items are returned at your own expense. We cannot accept returns with signs of wear. Please ensure that when trying your shoes on, it is done so on a soft or carpeted surface, so as to avoid any scuffing/bruising of the leather sole. 

How should I look after my Jeffery-West shoes?

Whether spending a fortune on hand-crafted leather footwear which takes months to create or not, there is no denying that taking good care of your shoes makes sense. Leather is a natural product and as such it can be fragile if not cared for correctly. By following the simple advice below you can go far to improve the durability of your Jeffery-West shoes.
