REFURBISHMENT SERVICE OVERVIEW

This service is carried out at the factory of origin and includes: The replacing of both the sole* and the heel, re-lasting, and polishing, new internal sock and laces if necessary. It will not include repairs to the uppers e.g. stitching or refinishing.

This service can take approx. 16-20 weeks to complete.

* The artwork and quotations on the soles and the internal sock stamp are redesigned and regularly change, so please be aware the new replacements may not always match the original.

Once checkout is complete - Please post the goods to the Northampton shop, including your Full Name and Internet Order number.

An assessment of your shoes will be completed at the Northampton head office, prior to them being dispatched to the factory of origin.

Please ensure that shoes/boots returned for the refurbishment service are clean and void of dirt/ debris.

Regrettably we are unable to service shoes that have already been repaired by a third party.

We are currently unable to offer the resoling service on our Muse and Black Line cemented sole ranges, for these shoes we recommend you consult with your local cobbler.

We are now able to accept MUSE 'Apollo' cup sole sneakers for resoling - Please contact for details.

The refurbishment service is executed by the same craftsmen that originally created your shoes and involves almost as many processes as the original construction. It is not quick, and it is not cheap. We can advise but it is your decision to select the most appropriate repair service for your needs.

Many customers report using - www.pickupmyrepair.co.uk - successfully, and this might be considered as an alternative repair option, but again please note that Jeffery-West would then be unable to accept any future repair requests on that item.
