Standard Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days providing that items are returned un-worn and in a saleable condition. Unless there is a fault with your order, items are returned at your own expense. (Unfortunately we can only arrange collections within the UK)

We cannot accept returns with signs of wear. Please include details of  your internet order number, your name and your reason for returning. Only the price of the goods are refunded, not postage.

You are advised to send by recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage. Jeffery-West cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Returns from outside the UK must have customs form and an explicit label stating “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” We will NOT accept parcels that incur duty charges.

Holiday Returns Policy

Orders placed during the Christmas period are subject to an extended returns policy but must be returned to us for exchange or refund during the first week of the new year.

Please note that all exchanges are dependent upon stock availability at this very busy time. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
